Most products are "made to order" which means that I do not make them until after you place the order. Therefore, all sales are FINAL. I do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the order or some sort of mistake has been made on my end (i.e. I sent the wrong/defective product). If you have an issue with your order please contact me immediately so we can discuss a solution.

If you would like to purchase a custom order for a product, please fill out the custom request form. I will work with you to bring your idea to life. I will send mock ups of the item once we agree on the design. Then after you approve the mock up, I will start production on the item. Payment is required before the item is made.

Standard shipping is free for all products unless otherwise stated. I do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. I use USPS, Fedex, and UPS when shipping. If you would like a different shipping speed or prefer a specific carrier, please contact me before you place your order.

I am currently only shipping to the USA.
